Worst food in the Pearl

I had a very worst experienced last 30 Dec 2016 when we dine at Sammach - The pearl branch. The food that we ordered has been delivered too late which take 1hour to be served, the grilled chicken is not fresh and there's something on the taste. The last issue that we've experienced is the way of the Manager (on duty) handles the computation of our bill. The calculation is not accurate. Certainly not recommend Sammach to my friends and relatives anymore.

Staff are courteous and they always wear their smile as part of their uniform.. i think it will be added as one of may fave seafood restaurant. I highly recommend the same to those who are looking for a fresh cooked tasty seafood flavors.

Superb place

Ordered the fried calamari for appetizer... It was over cooked and did not taste good at all. The entree's menu is not bad...But not great. Definitely not the best seafood place around. The ambiance is peaceful but not lively.

Came to the Spring Festival and had wanted to try Sammach for while.Upon entering, it took a while for staff to bring menus (which needed replacing - laminated sheets inside folder tatty), to take orders e.t.c.My husband and daughters went to explore festival stalls being set up outside.Food arrived after about 25 -30 mins and portions were large. My husband's was not hot, but well-cooked and tasty, prawn platter very good, my salmon melted in the mouth.So, service was slow and there was only 3 tables in. Think they would struggle at busy times.Having the TVs on with Peppa Pig and Mickey Mouse entertained our 3 year old and was a nice touch Decor was nautical and well presented.Food was also a bit pricey, but can't beat the food - delicious!!!

Really disappointed with the quality of the food. A lot of oil in every dish. Grilled fish is not supposed to be fried, even the salmon is fried!!

Fried Calamari is so good!!!

The food may be a bit on the expensive side, but nothing can really beat the taste of the place. When I went in, I had to wait a bit for the food, but it was worth it. The ambience is quite good too. I liked it.

Good value seafood. If you're in the Pearl and looking for a fishy meal, this is your place. Would recommend the seafood soup!

Excellent customer service. A quiet ambiance. Relaxing place. Great foods in the menu. Their specialty is seafoods, thus the name Sammach. A muat try is the Value meal for lunch which is also available in the evening. The complimentary bread (toasted kuboos) is really good along with 3 different dips. They also offer per kilo servings of the seafood you order and they will cook them as per your choice for free.

Very poor quality of food. Salmon was defrost moments before, rocket salad was nothing special! But it was recommended by the staff! Totally wasted of money,Definitely not going back.. I am only rate one star for the location.

Seafood Restaurant is on Dec 17, 2017. Great location on Medina Central. Friendly, friendly waiters. Good fresh products, reasonable prices. To do with family too.

The food was good specially the shish Hamour but the service was slow and I had to complain.

Varieties collection of fresh seafood. I would recommend the grilled fish on the way of butterfly.
